Bring your mind, body and spirit together as youjourney towards the understanding of this complex anicent art. Unlike other sword arts which deal with fencing, Iai focuses on the concepts required to develop a skill set that enhances your alertness to the world around you and develops a relationship between you, the world and the sword. This art is rarely taught. It will encompass all the traditions, science and application associated with Iaiin the original combative source, developing the mind, strenghting the body and refining the spirit. This class is an Adult Class and requires focus, dedication and willingness to open your mind to reach a higher understanding. |
